01The problem
Bootcamps juggle cohorts, curricula, attendance, quizzes and at-risk students across many tools, and data from one cohort must never leak into another.
02What I built
A React 18 + Vite single-page app with a different sidebar and pages for each of the four roles.
A FastAPI backend with 14 router modules, where the JWT carries role and cohort and every endpoint checks both.
Time-aware learning: week gating, quiz deadlines with live countdowns, and attendance grouped by week automatically.
A risk register with one-click at-risk flagging that auto-assigns the cohort's programme manager.
03Results
A working platform covering the full bootcamp lifecycle, from cohort creation to career profiles.
